May 2022 marks the 12th anniversary of Payne Clermont Velasco. Established by Greg Payne in 2010, he was later joined by Adam Clermont, who relocated from Boston to Hong Kong, and Jaerey Velasco, who is originally from the Philippines, to form Payne Clermont Velasco, which has gained a strong reputation as a boutique litigation firm in Hong Kong.
