Kitty Lo

Kitty joined Payne Velasco as a trainee solicitor in October 2023 and is currently assisting in the firm’s Family and Matrimonial team.

Kitty provides support to clients on a wide range of family law matters, including both contentious and non-contentious financial and child-related issues, divorce and separation, and nuptial agreements. She also has experience with cases involving probate, forced marriage, and cross-border marriages between individuals from Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Kitty holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours from Syracuse University, graduating in 2018. She completed her Juris Doctor (JD) and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) at The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2024.

Kitty is a member of the Hong Kong Family Law Association. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
