Greg Payne attended the C5 conference on Fraud, Asset Tracing and Recovery in Hong Kong, on 25th and 26th June 2018. One of the cases discussed by the panel was Teresa Lynn Ruckelshausen vs. HK Topmatch Chemical Co., Limited and F Forest Trading Limited DCCJ 1098/2018, where Payne Clermont Velasco successfully represented a fraud victim to recover her stolen monies.
